In one the narrow streets of Les Sables d¹Olonne, Véronique and Michel discovered this exceptional hotel. After searching for two years, this young couple formerly restaurant owners- had a love at first sight for this big construction of the end of the XIXth century, built around a small courtyard, which they did convert into an exotic patio.
